It has amazing and fantastic location in a specific area which was still nice. The units are cheap, neat.

Impeccably clean and cheap room and spotless bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Bright property, has very courteous staff at the reception desk. Marvellous and particularly good location and nice hot breakfast with tasteless scrambled egg, vegetarian sausages, hash browns. A couch, climate control, and a sofa sleeper available in the double room. Location just next door to the local restaurants, cinema, and bowling as well as parks, and Montpellier. Also, easy to walk to centre.

The venue was in a very central location close enough to Montpellier and the Centre of Cheltenham right next to the Brewery Quarter which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was cheap and nice hot with the orange juice, exactly what we required.

The hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to restaurants and city centre, holiday Inn express regards sashi premji and good restaurants and leisure activities.

Views appeared to be awful.

Property was modern and wonderful relaxing, I loved the stay.

The venue's position was very central. The room was reasonably large and with a baby cot, a sofa, as example, had everything I needed. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and super friendly from my arrival up until I left.

The units were compact and the staff were superfriendly people at the reception desk. The breakfast offered variety of exceptional meals.

View was excellent, breakfast was sensational, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. My room included a sofa set, an air conditioner, and a settee. The location was marvellous and good for exploring Cheltenham. Found time to see Pittville Park, that's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

The bathroom I had was very dated.

The hotel had a very central setting right in town centre. And it was also just off the shops and restaurants and safe parking, bus station shopping centres and The Promenade. Met superbly friendly staff at the reception desk, the double room had all necessary amenities. Garden view was a good bonus.

Great value, marvellous location. Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building so close to the center of the town, and good accessability to go. The rooms with a comfortable bed. Variety of food at breakfast, such as toast, cereals, pastries, and eggs.

The hotel boasts very central location in restaurants in the town. The rooms are tidy and outstanding with comfy beds and Tv and adequate breakfast for £56, I'd say, great value. The venue staff is approaching and fine.

Fairly clean hotel, particularly pleasant staff to that member of staff. Spotless and cheap room overall. 10 minutes by car from the airport. Not the cheapest one nevertheless great value.

It has an excellant service and their breakfast is not expensive and great with muffins and vegetarian sausages, as example. The location of the hotel is fab, near The Brewery shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment, the main town centre and restaurants.
